Our company is looking for a field-based Account Manager to join our Ruminant team, which covers the South of England (below the M4).

As a major global pharmaceutical firm, we are committed to developing health solutions and enhancing disease prevention and treatment for humans and animals around the world.
In this field-based post, you will be in charge of the sales and market growth of our ruminant portfolio in the South of England.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales strategies to boost market share and promote growth for the ruminant portfolio.
- Collaborate with veterinarian offices and agricultural trade businesses to generate business growth and build great connections.
- Identify and target key accounts; cultivate relationships and drive business development inside these specified accounts.
- Achieve regional sales targets within budget and line with the overall business unit plan.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the veterinary and agricultural sectors, particularly in the ruminant animal health industry. Alternatively, experience in the human pharmaceutical or medical device sectors will be considered.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to efficiently interact with a varied spectrum of persons, including veterinarians, trade customers, and farmers.
- Excellent verbal and writing communication abilities, including the ability to present information clearly and simply.
- Showed adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities for building and maintaining connections, and the persistence to produce results.
