 Assists the doctor in monitoring and recording patient condition, vital signs, recovery progress and medication side effects.  Updates the doctor on patient test results and assisted in developing care plans.  Serves and empties bedpans and urinals.  Works with the doctor to determine patients care plan and determines the patient's needs based on a careful analysis of symptoms in relation with their growth and development.  Assist in performing physical examinations, such as measuring vitals which include blood pressure, respiration, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation and taking urine samples.  Provides physical care such as wound dressing, bed making, bed bathing, and care for pressure areas.  Measure and record intake and output, schedule patient appointments and cancellation and compile report for the doctor.

- Carryout recruitment process; from identifying candidates to staff onboarding. - Assist in the management of monthly payroll - Responsible for staff pension payments and remittances. - Supporting all internal and external - HR-related inquiries or requests. - Coordinating assessments and interviews for prospective candidates. - Carryout orientation exercise and updating records of newstaff. - Carryout staff document verification. - Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filedappropriately. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. - Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
