We are actively seeking experienced Senior and Staff Engineers specialising in mechanical and electrical engineering. You will lead and contribute to cutting-edge analysis, detailed design, and full project engineering delivery in the growing sectors of maritime renewables and clean technology.

Location & Travel
Positions are based in our UK offices in London, Newcastle, or Aberdeen. Expect occasional short-term on-site assignments to ensure successful project execution.

What We are Looking For

• A strong academic background: at least a good honours bachelor’s degree (2:1 or equivalent), preferably supported by an MSc or PhD in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Genuine enthusiasm for building a rewarding career in a high-performance, technically demanding environment focused on innovation and excellence.
