Foreign Citizens with serious felonious records will now be automatically denied entry to the UK or have their being visas cancelled under new immigration rules blazoned by the Home Office.
This significant change means anyone, from any country, who has ever entered a suspended captivity judgment of 12 months or further, whether served in the UK or abroad, will be barred. This applies anyhow of when the offence took place.
This closes a former loophole and updates the Immigration Rules to reflect tougher sentencing.

Coming to the UK is a honor, not a right. Anyone with a history of serious crime or violence is n’t welcome here.However, you’ll be denied entry or removed, If you pose a threat to the British public.
Part of the Biggest Border Security Overhaul in Decades
The new rules are part of a broader set of measures blazoned over the once time.
- November 2024 – The government verified it’ll reform Composition 8( the right to family life) of the European Convention on Human Rights to prioritize public safety over the family ties of foreign culprits.
- May 2024 – The threshold was lowered so more foreign malefactors could be considered for expatriation.
- April 2024 – coitus malefactors were barred from shelter protection under the Border Security, Asylum and Immigration Act.
- Displacements of foreign public malefactors have surged to nearly 60,000 since the Labour Government took office – the loftiest rate in ten times.
