Summary
We are currently looking for experienced, hands-on, operationally driven assistant store Managers to join our Dominos Pizza locations in Bathgate and Whitburn.
We are searching for leaders that can motivate and coach their teams to success.
You must be passionate about people and enjoy creating teams and driving operational excellence while working alongside your team.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Assist the Store Manager in running the store as efficiently as possible.
In the absence of the store Manager, assume full responsibility for the store.
Taking care of all areas of food safety and store cleanliness.
Managing expenditures on a daily basis to increase profitability
Motivating your team to promote efficiency throughout the store in order to meet our high expectations.
Maintaining a strong brand image and service standards, such as uniform presentation standards and our customer service philosophy
Maintaining and improving best practices at all times.
