Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain sophisticated web applications using approved coding standards and technologies.
• Code Reviews & Quality Assurance: Conduct design and code reviews to maintain performance, quality, and application responsiveness.
• Project Planning: Collaborate in project planning and participate in architectural design reviews to ensure scalable and high-quality solutions.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship to junior developers on programming techniques and best practices, exhibiting leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to maintain consistency in processes and ensure timely completion of team deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of web development experience with a strong understanding of object-oriented design, web application architecture, and relational database design.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, C#, JavaScript, and related web development technologies.
  • Experience with T-SQL for writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and code versioning.
