In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with delivery teams, ensuring materials flow seamlessly from dock to door—making a real difference in efficient, customer-focused service.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently offload incoming shipments from delivery vehicles and organize materials in designated storage zones for quick access.
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders, then load them onto outbound trucks with precision and speed.
• Provide friendly, hands-on support to walk-in clients, helping them load their purchases safely and promptly.
• Maintain a spotless and organized workspace, including indoor racks and outdoor yards, to uphold top safety and operational standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven background in warehouse operations, ideally in logistics or construction-related fields.
• A current forklift operator license—essential for safe handling of heavy loads. (For guidance on certification standards in Belgium, check the Federal Public Service Employment, Labour and Social Dialogue.)
• Strong command of Dutch for daily communication; basic French proficiency is a plus, given our diverse clientele (about 40% French-speaking). Bonus points for elementary English skills!
• A sturdy build and positive attitude toward physically demanding tasks—no job too tough when you’re part of the crew.

Language Expectations

• Dutch: Intermediate (B1)
• French: Intermediate (B1)
• English: Elementary (A2) – advantageous but not required
