The Luggage Room’s best-kept secret in Mayfair, according to the bar manager. Our signature cocktail bar, the Luggage Room, which draws inspiration from the well-known Bentley Boys, serves you classic cocktails, punches, martinis and more. After a busy day exploring Mayfair, London, unwind at our hotel’s award-winning speakeasy bar with a homemade cocktail.

You’ll have a knack for creating memorable encounters and be a charming, creative, and flamboyant alcohol enthusiast. You will distinguish out from the competition because of your enthusiasm for designing unique experiences for our visitors. You will assemble a group that embodies the spirit of our cherished landmark venue while displaying exceptional flare and a distinct “joie de vivre.”

In charge of managing personnel and running the bar’s daily shift. Promotes the lounge, plans the menu, upholds standards, helps servers during busy times on the floor and oversees the property’s liquor inventories and controls. strives to manage the operational budget while ensuring guest and workforce satisfaction. responsible for competently and continuously upholding all legal requirements. determines the training required to achieve goals, then puts strategy into action. helps the food and beverage/culinary team by lending a hand where it’s needed.

APPLICANT PROFILE

Knowledge and Experience

• 4 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or similar professional fields; high school graduation or GED.

OR

• 2 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or similar professional fields; a 2-year degree in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or a related major from an approved university.
