Care Assistant

We are searching for Care Assistants to join our teams and improve the lives of clients and their families.

We give care in people’s homes. We provide part-time and full-time positions.You must have a car for this position.

We offer care in BA1-4, B14, BA11, and BS39.

You will be accountable for providing great care to our clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include companionship, personal care, prescription administration, moving and handling, and assistance with eating and drinking. This includes assisting someone to use the loo, so make sure you are comfortable with this.

However, care encompasses far more than just practical responsibilities. You will also work with people to understand and help them reach their goals. You will accompany them on outings and get to know them so that you may improve their lives while they improve yours.

Requirements:

 

  • Driving is vital. You must own an automobile.
  • A minimum of 6 months care experience is desired but not required.
  • Alternative weekend availability is required.
  • To use our technology, you’ll need a smartphone with data access.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Please be aware that we do offer sponsorship, however there are presently no CoS available. Therefore, you must be able to begin working for us without sponsorship.

 

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, and Permanent

Salary: from £23,100.00 per year.

Expected hours per week: 15-50.
