Job Description





– Oversee the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure seamless and efficient service.

– Supervise and train restaurant employees, offering direction and assistance as needed.

– Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure proper stock levels.

– Ensure adherence to health and safety rules and food handling procedures.

– Keep track of client satisfaction and respond to any issues or concerns swiftly.

– Work together with the kitchen crew to ensure timely and correct food preparation and manufacturing.

– Create and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability.

– Keep a clean and organised restaurant environment.



– Strong hospitality abilities, with an emphasis on providing outstanding client service

– Prior experience in hotel or restaurant management with a successful track record.

– Capability to successfully supervise and motivate a group of personnel.

– Understanding of bartending skills and beverage service standards.

– Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to make decisions under pressure.

– Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the restaurant business.

– Experience with restaurant operations, such as food preparation, production, and service.
