JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Berkeley Scott has teamed up with an independent restaurant in a beautiful coastal location to help them locate a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen crew. You’ll be scratch cooking to a high standard and helping to operate the kitchen.

Your new position as our Chef de Partie:

 

  • Cooking with the finest locally available ingredients
  • Cooking from scratch with good standards
  • Assisting the Head and Sous Chef in running the kitchen.
  • Input for menu construction

 

What we ask from you:

 

  • Must have a genuine enthusiasm for cooking and serving the finest quality food.
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a comparable standard property.
  • Experience with catering for events/functions is preferred.
