Responsibilities:
– Oversee the store’s day-to-day operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
– Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and boost profitability.
– Deliver great customer service by answering questions, addressing complaints, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
– Train and oversee retail employees, including advising, coaching, and performance assessments.
– Build and maintain good client connections to encourage repeat business.
– Track and analyse sales patterns, market circumstances, and competition activity to find growth prospects.
– Ensure that company policies and procedures, such as inventory control, cash handling, and safety standards, are followed.
Experience:
– Previous retail management experience is essential.
– Excellent phone etiquette to manage consumer concerns and resolve problems.
– Demonstrated ability to generate sales and exceed objectives.
– Strong organisational abilities are required to manage inventories, timetables, and retail operations.
– Ability to excite and inspire a team of employees through leadership.
– Team management experience, including hiring, training, and performance management.
– Sales management experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
– The ability to manage time and prioritise work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
– Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred.
