JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Skilled Visa Chefs – Sponsorship Available

We have an excellent chance for experienced chefs to join our wonderful organisation.

 

 

  • Sous Chefs Senior
  • Sous Chefs
  • Junior Sour Chefs

 

 

There is a skilled visa sponsorship route available.

 

To be eligible for the Skilled Visa, you must have met the following requirements.

 

  • Have you applied for at least two years?

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of expertise with Al La Carte menus and fresh food cooking.

 

  • In the absence of the Head Chef, Sous and Senior Sous must be able to lead a team of 10+ chefs from the queue.

 

  • A SELT, IELTS, or English equivalent, or the ability to pass it within a month after receiving a job offer

 

  • Applicants from the United Kingdom are encouraged to apply.

The Perfect Candidate:

 

  • Will have a strong presence and a lively attitude.
  • Capable of working with and alongside the Head Chef to follow direction while inspiring, motivating, and developing the kitchen team
  • Have prior experience working with fresh food, managing hectic operations, and managing large teams.
  • Ability to maintain high quality and standards in all areas of the kitchen
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth, budgeting, and employee retention
