About the role

The efficient operation of our homes is greatly aided by Team Leaders, who collaborate with the Home Manager. They offer our residents the highest caliber of care and exhibit excellent teamwork. We are searching for kind, kind, hard-working individuals who are willing to go above and beyond to make sure our homes are operated to a high standard.

Even though it’s not always glamorous, it’s one of the most satisfying jobs there is. By ensuring that residents’ needs are addressed, care plans are current, and medicine is properly delivered, kept, and recorded, our Team Leaders contribute to the improvement of our residents’ quality of life. Our Team Leaders watch out for our Care Assistants to make sure they are providing the highest caliber of care in addition to making sure our residents are content and properly taken care of.

When traveling a distance, onsite lodging is occasionally offered.
