We believe you are the type of person that is passionate about caring because you are here. Equally essential, you’re prepared to prioritise the happiness and well-being of the people who live with us.

Furthermore, because many of our employees prefer part-time work, we’ve embraced a flexible working strategy to all of our positions. That means you’ll have as much freedom as you need to fit your role around your other responsibilities. All you have to do is tell us what hours you want to work and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.

About the role

As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will treat our residents as if they were members of your own family. It’s all about meeting their medical, psychological, and social requirements while remaining the top quality, most highly valued Care Provider in the UK.

About you

With a valid NMC pin number, you’ll already be a qualified RGN/RMN. Alternatively, you could be a Student Nurse (qualified outside of the EU) with a letter from the NMC confirming your eligibility to take the OSCE exam. In any case, previous experience as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a similar care home setting would be advantageous.

What’s more crucial is that you’re organised, have excellent communication skills, and are willing to work shifts. We also believe in providing you with a wonderful career path, so perhaps your next step is Home Manager, and we are committed to assisting you on your journey.

About us

We are one of the largest independent care providers in the UK, with thousands of employees working in over 80 facilities across the country.

Our commitment to staff training programmes and our emphasis on progressive career paths, as well as our investment in new technology and services, are critical to our reputation for providing high-quality care.

Our aim is to be the best-quality, most-respected Care Provider in the UK, as well as an employer of choice for care professionals.

We genuinely comprehend…

That people are unique – this means that everyone we care about is unique, therefore we immerse ourselves in their tales and cherish their originality.

The significance of passion – it fills each of us, motivates our loyalty to those we care about, and makes our homes happier.

That honesty is everything – no one wants to think of the moment when a loved one may require care, but we’ll be there to assist when that time arrives.

That enjoyment comes with openness – when our people approach the next chapter of their lives, we actively foster new friendships, new discoveries, and better ways of living.
