A head chef is currently being sought by this qualified four -star, AA Rosette -accredited hotel.

Working at the top of an experienced and dedicated brigade leader, you will look for a stable role with a career long life. You will be excited about your cooking and using quality products.

Your job will include team management and training, creating fresh and fresh organic products and sources that only combine seasonal, stock and supplier control, and maintain and improve GPS throughout. You will step into a very prestigious role, and be able to fulfill very high opinions while introducing newer and higher standards.

A truly extraordinary opportunity has just appeared in this mainstay hotel in the beautiful rural suffolk.

We are now looking for a head chef that is moved, ambitious, and interesting to take over the team and push us to the next level.

The hotel has a restaurant operation given together with a wedding business ordered first and catering for a romantic dinner and tourists who visit historic villages.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a head chef who is eager to bring their own ideas and have a great interest in their team’s training and development and build a fantasy future for all those involved

You will be given autonomy to carve a niche for restaurants and yourself.

We are looking for chefs that are enthusiastic and inspiring to oversee food operations, lead, train and develop a kitchen team, build strong relationships with suppliers and use products that are locally sourced if possible, with a direct creative approach.

Qualifications/ experience are needed:

Must have NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent
Must have a full understanding of food safety and cleanliness.
You must have a stable career to date and CV that displays commitment and development.
Applicants must be presented well and have strong leadership skills.
Must have a background of the rosette for at least 2 roses – for a period of at least 2 years in the senior position
It is desirable to have strong kitchen management skills and strong financial awareness.
It is important that you have dining experience and banquet in a quality place.
