Your Role:
As our Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of kitchen operations. This includes preparing and cooking dishes, managing stock rotation, placing orders for supplies, and ensuring the kitchen maintains the highest standards of cleanliness. You will also be involved in customer interactions, menu development, rostering according to business needs, and upholding food safety and safe work practices.
Role Requirements:
- Flexible working hours are available
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience is required
- Work visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate
- Expected start date: 01 October 2024
- Annual salary: $73,150 plus superannuation
