In our student recruitment center, we are looking to hire a manager to oversee a small group of employees. The team is in charge of planning and executing a year-round schedule of open days for our applicants. In addition, they do a fantastic job of coordinating with our Central Admissions, Marketing, and Global departments. The main responsibility of the position is to administer the student recruitment service on behalf of the Faculty and to support the goals and objectives of the University and Faculty with regard to student recruitment.

You will be accountable to the Faculty Manager for managing, directing, and developing the team, as well as making sure that events are resourced and that work is done by the deadline. You will be familiar with the HE admissions procedures and have experience working in a customer service environment.

You should be able to inspire and lead a team, possess great IT and interpersonal skills, pay close attention to detail, and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
You will be a part of Open Days and other marketing initiatives related to admissions and student recruiting, which will involve some weekend work.

Although the position is full-time, we are open to applicants for flexible working schedules and task sharing.
