You will be needed to reside in Greater London in order to support the role’s travel requirements as these are remote working positions.

To advance our student recruitment efforts in Greater London and the neighboring counties of Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, and Buckinghamshire, we are seeking two highly motivated individuals to join our Recruitment and Outreach team.

Travel to schools and colleges in Greater London, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, as well as occasionally elsewhere in the UK, will be regular and extensive for these positions. You must be ready to work on the weekends and in the nights. Also, you will be required to put in around a month’s worth of work at the University of Portsmouth.

In these positions, you will:

● Develop, oversee, and carry out a regional recruitment plan in collaboration with others to meet the university’s undergraduate target enrollment goals.

● proactively forge solid connections with post-16 institutions and colleges in the area to increase awareness of the University.

● Include prospective students in recruitment activities and events to increase applications and generate leads.

● You must possess the following qualities as a self-starter:

● Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management capabilities

● Proven expertise in student recruitment

● A thorough comprehension of the requirements of potential pupils

● Self-assurance in using analytics and data to focus recruitment efforts.

A DBS certification is necessary, and a full, spotless driving record is also preferred.
