Location: Varies
Starting Pay: $83.50/hour (or local minimum wage, whichever is higher)

Your Role as Pharmacy Manager
As a Pharmacy Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the pharmacy—guiding your team, leading with compassion, and ensuring your store provides top-tier patient care. Working closely with the Division Pharmacy Manager, you’ll also be responsible for the financial, operational, and clinical performance of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized patient care and wellness services
- Provide leadership in disease state management and medication therapy optimization
- Supervise, coach, and train the pharmacy team
- Uphold safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Monitor and drive financial performance and profitability
- Support a culture of belonging, inclusion, and professional growth
What We’re Looking For
- Pharm.D. or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (or foreign equivalent via FPGEC – NABP)
- Active pharmacist license in the state(s) where you’ll work (in good standing)
- Certified Immunizer preferred
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
