You will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing direct patient care and wellness services as a Pharmacy Manager for our organisation. You will contribute significantly to illness management by optimising drug therapy, providing excellent patient-centered care, and assisting in the management of acute and chronic disorders.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the pharmacy’s financial performance and works as chemist in charge, reporting to the Division Pharmacy Manager.

 

 

 

Our Pharmacy Managers are as follows:

 

  • Provides active patient care services

 

  • Maintains operational standards such as performance metrics, safety, and compliance.

 

  • Recruits, trains, and manages the pharmaceutical crew.

 

  • Partners with management to create and implement profit-boosting ideas.

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • FPGEC (NABP) requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a Pharm.D or an equivalent FPGEC.

 

  • Active pharmacy licence in the state(s) of practice, with all previously held licences in good standing

 

  • Preference is given to certified immunizers.

 

  • 1 year of pharmacy supervision experience is desired.

 

  • Capability to work a range of shifts

This work pays $83.00 per hour, which is not less than the local minimum wage. Starting salaries will vary depending on factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
