JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking experienced dialysis. Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team of medical experts in charge of dialysis delivery and patient care at Puget Sound Kidney Centres (PSKC). The registered nurse is in charge of delivering patient education, supervising Dialysis Technicians, changing treatment plans based on standing orders, monitoring patient outcomes, dispensing medications, and engaging in quality improvement programmes. You will work with our care team members (social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists) to support and treat patients during dialysis.
Our outpatient clinics offer you a steady weekly schedule, with Sundays off for work/life balance. You’ll develop rapport with your patients and observe the positive effects as you give life-saving care over time.

- Visa sponsorship is available for persons with prior nursing experience (direct dialysis is recommended).
Education & Experience
- Degree from an authorised nursing school.
- Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) licence from the Washington State Board of Nursing or a Multistate Nurse Compact Licence.
- The American Heart Association currently certifies Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Previous hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing is preferred.

Primary work location and hours will be at PSKC clinic in Port Townsend. A secondary work location will be provided for backup coverage based on patient and personnel requirements. Outpatient clinics operate Monday through Saturday, with a range of shifts available. There are no overnight or on-call shifts!
Compensation & Benefits
The hourly salary range for this employment is $33.64 to $56.30 per hour. Wage offers are made based on a variety of variables, including prior experience in the same or similar field.
