JOB DESCRIPTION

A Residential Housekeeping Attendant’s primary responsibility is to keep all residential common areas clean, deliver packages, and provide a la carte housekeeping services as assigned.

 

 

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

  • All residential area washrooms, residential lobby, mail room, coffee station, residential corridors, and heart-of-house space (including office space, etc.) must be checked, cleaned, and restocked.

 

  • Anticipates residents’ needs and accepts responsibility for complaints and requests; acts decisively to assure fulfilment.

 

  • When a chance arises, provides a special personalised touch. Is skilled in the safe handling of all required equipment, chemicals, and machinery, and immediately reports problems and incidents to management.

 

  • Is knowledgeable about MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) processes and has received accident response training. As assigned, cleans and self-inspects public areas in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

 

  • The ability to locate and retain all furniture in its right place Cleans all common spaces such as elevators/lifts, elevator/lift doors, windows, carpets, and collects trash throughout the Residences, including removal from community trash rooms and the 22nd floor depository.

 

  • The capacity to offer pleasant and friendly support to any resident.

 

  • Maintains all equipment and supplies and uses them correctly.

 

  • Keeps Housekeeping storage areas clean, well-stocked, and closed when not in use.

 

  • Must keep working equipment clean, orderly, and in good functioning order at all times.

 

  • To be in charge of reporting any broken or malfunctioning equipment. Each shift, a certain number of condos must be cleaned.

 

  • Replaces filthy towels and sheets with clean ones (if available) or sends them to the laundry (if appropriate).

 

  • Cleans, dusts and sanitises all sections of the condominium (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) as directed. Makes the bed. Vacuums the carpet and cleans the marble and tile surfaces.

 

  • Rooms service trays, plates, and carts are removed and delivered to service landings.

 

  • Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Conduct Standards as outlined in EmPact.

 

  • Works in a professional and amicable manner with coworkers and managers.

 

 

 

 

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

Ability and desire to assist the Residential Leadership team with residential or hotel housekeeping responsibilities as assigned. To be flexible and expand job duties in order to carry out any other acceptable duties and responsibilities within the job capabilities as allocated, including redeployment to other departments/areas if necessary, in order to satisfy business demands and guest service needs.

 

 

 

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

 

  • Education: A high school diploma or similar experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or a similar field is preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English is required.
  • The number of personnel monitored is zero.
  • There is no need for travel.
  • Hours required: eight-hour shift; planned days and times are subject to change.
  • Depending on the circumstances.
