What You’ll Do
As part of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in project delivery, helping to plan, manage, and guide technical execution in your discipline. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and allocating discipline-specific tasks, ensuring they align with project schedules and budgets.
- Assisting in marketing and business development activities, including proposal preparation.
- Supporting the development of scopes of work and estimating levels of effort for technical assignments.
- Ensuring your team’s technical work is accurate, complete, and aligned with project goals.
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members to meet project expectations.
- Coordinating technical aspects of your work with clients and teaming partners.
- Collaborating with other disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience, OR
- Master’s degree in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience, OR
- PhD in Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Proficiency with MicroStation and/or OpenRoads
- Experience with FDOT (Florida Department of Transportation) project standards
