Salary: $96,000 – $148,000 per year
Location: Corporate Headquarters – 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158

We’re looking for experienced developers to help enhance our high-availability, full-stack web applications using cutting-edge technologies.

This is an on-site position in either Pleasant Prairie, WI or Waukegan, IL depending on business needs. We believe great things happen when great people collaborate in person.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex, user-focused web applications based on defined business needs.
  • Lead code reviews and contribute to maintaining high performance and quality standards across our platforms.
  • Participate in architectural planning and design discussions.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to fellow developers.
  • Ensure team delivery milestones are met through consistent development processes.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on web development experience.
  • Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming, web architecture, and relational databases.
  • Expertise in ASP.NET, MVC, C#, JavaScript, and T-SQL (writing queries and stored procedures).
  • Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools for seamless deployments.
