Job Summary:
The major function in the Housekeeping department is to answer calls from staff and guests. promote that all guest demands are answered and fulfilled in a timely manner to promote a great guest experience. Multitask on a range of assignments at once, including using several computer systems and screens while maintaining a good mood.
Job Functions:
1. The ability to answer phones and communicate with both guests and staff in a professional and timely manner. (35%)
2. The ability to manage many computer systems simultaneously in order to handle visitor requests, check on rushed rooms, communicate with housekeepers and runners, confirm reservation traces and so on. (25%)
3. Understanding of housekeeping products to provide to guests to make their stay more comfortable. (15%)
4. The ability to address difficulties assigned to housekeeping and notify a manager of the situation. (10%)
5. Ability to assist with opening processes such as key retrieval, room assignment, and unlocking all work spaces throughout the day. (5%)
6. Adheres to Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact. (5%)
7. Collaborates peacefully and professionally with coworkers and managers. (5%)
Competences and Qualifications:
1. Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in English.
2. The ability to work on multiple assignments at once.
3. The ability to use computer equipment and various computer programmes.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and guests.
