In our wonderful care facilities, we are seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our expanding staff.
We are providing Visa sponsorship to Worthing residents with prior care industry expertise. We provide the chance to join our long-standing charity as well as long-term professional advancement in the fields of health and social care.
We are looking for those who want to continue a long-term career with Guild Care and advance their current knowledge, experience, and skills.
You will need the following abilities and knowledge to join our team:
You must reside nearby; we are unable to facilitate moving.
6 months or more in a paid care position (completion of probation)
a level 2 or 3 care diploma (or an equivalent qualification)

Job Requirements
Essential
● the capacity for effective communication in English
● the capacity for reading, writing, and performing simple mathematical operations
● Suitable DBS Check
● Health & Social Care Level 3 Diploma (Or Equivalent)
● 6 months or more (upon completion of probation) in a position of authority in the field of care
● live within a 10-mile radius of Worthing, West Sussex
Desirable
● Prior involvement in dementia care or evidence of knowledge of dementia
ABOUT Our Homes
Caer Gwent, Linfield House, and Haviland House
We have three care facilities in Goring-by-Sea and Worthing that are seeking certified and experienced Care Assistants to join their expanding staff.
Haviland House
A specialized dementia care facility called Haviland House is situated in Goring, West Sussex, near the base of the South Downs. It was specifically constructed in 2015 to meet the needs of residents with various stages of dementia.
Gwent Caer
Caer Gwent supports people with complicated medical illnesses and specializes in palliative care, or support at the end of life, by combining first-rate residential living with round-the-clock specialist nursing care.
Lindsay House
Two dementia apartments are part of the residential and nursing care facility known as Linfield House. We foster independent living by offering residents the assistance and person-centered care they require to thrive.
