Job Description

 

Summary

 

This is a Supported Living position where you will care for people who have complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Autonomy Care helps people in their daily lives by allowing them to enjoy the comfort and familiarity of their own homes while ensuring their welfare and care needs are satisfied 24 hours a day.

Candidates who have lived in the United Kingdom for at least 12 months are eligible for skilled worker sponsorship.

 

Join us and expect:

Monday through Friday, £11.75 per hour.
Monday-Friday Evenings: £12.50 per hour
Saturday and Sunday, £12.50 per hour.
Saturday and Sunday evenings, £13.40 per hour.
Bank Holiday: £17.62-£20 per hour
Holiday top-up payments are made for regular overtime (T&Cs).
Paid business mileage (cars 45p per mile).
Sleep-in charge is £80.19 per night. Benefits:

Shifts:

30 hours a week.
9:45am – 10.00pm
24 hour shifts are 9:45am – 10.00pm, sleep in, 7.00am – 10.00am.
Working alternate weekends is crucial.

Job Description

Everyday duties such as shopping, sitting services, and minor cleaning to promote self-help skills
Creating enjoyable and interesting activities.
Providing cooking and kitchen support, as well as organising fun activities for our service users.
Helping with personal care for our service users.
Completing relevant documentation.
Training & Development

Funded apprenticeships and diplomas
Accredited Positive Behaviour Management Training is mandatory.
About You

You will:

Possess a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Have at least two years of support work experience working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
