Role

● Prepare a suitable dish

● Support the head and sous chef with menu development

● Prepare fresh meat and fish

● Follow all policy guidelines

● Do certain tasks such as and when directed

Requirements

● 4+ years of experience

● Comfortable working with fresh products

● Passion for food

● Attitude of working hard

● Team player

● Flexible work patterns for variables

● Class B SIM (English)
