Role
● Responsible for all food stocks at the location
● Maintain all equipment in the kitchen to company standard reporting when requiring maintenance
● Leading by giving examples when serving food for our guests, ensuring that service standards and specifications are always followed for great guest experiences
● Follow and implement health and food safety and safety policies
● Prepare your team to succeed, delegate and follow up with your chef consistently and frequently, train and provide feedback
