Summary
Sales Administrator / coordinator
Permanent, full-time, or part-time
Sector Industry: Recession-Proof
Monday To Friday. Part-time vs. full-time (child-friendly hours)
Salary: £12 to £15 per hour, plus a bonus between £22,000 and £30,000.
We accept candidates from outside the UK and sponsor them on a Tier 2 visa, but the salary would be different. All salaries listed are for UK residents.
To help our sales team as an administrator, providing administrative support, and doing administrative activities, we are searching for a results-driven, diligent professional. There is no selling or interacting with external parties required for this position.
We’re seeking for someone that thrives on team achievement and is ambitious and determined.
The goal of the position is to provide various administrative activities support for the sales team.
Role includes:
• Collecting data and entering it into our internal systems while utilizing Microsoft applications like excel
• Obtaining reports from internal systems and editing them to meet the needs of the sales team.
• Edit and maintain spreadsheets with great precision and care for the little things.
• Cooperate with other team members.
• Assisting the sales team in achieving its objectives.
• Guarantee that tasks are finished on schedule and at the highest standard.
This is not a comprehensive list, and to fulfill the needs of the company, the holder of this post may be asked to perform other administrative duties.

• Comfortable with Microsoft products as well as alternative programs like Outlook, Google Sheets, etc.

• Adaptable and flexible with a strategy for addressing the changing needs of the business
