Job description

Accessible Times:

Permanent, 28 hours per week, part-time.

To assist the manager and other senior team members with all facets of running the home and providing services. Working within policy parameters, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, organizational policies and procedures, and codes of practice.

Assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating resident care to provide the highest standards of modern care. to serve as the staff manager and clinical nurse leader for the assigned area of responsibility.

To contribute to preserving the environment and standard of care based on MHA’s Values, which derive from respect for the person and cooperation between residents and staff.
