The Role: Specialist Continental Chef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality, authentic Continental cuisine aligned with the restaurant’s regional menu. You’ll also play an active role in maintaining kitchen operations and guiding junior staff such as Commis Chefs.

Key Details:

  • Gross Salary Package: Around £32,000 per year
    (Includes share of service charge + performance bonus)
  • Working Hours: 48 hours/week | 5 days/week

What We’re Looking For

To be considered, you should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Right to live and work in the UK (or eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in preparing Continental cuisine
  • Hands-on training from a reputable culinary/hospitality institute
  • Knowledge of ingredients, food preparation techniques, and presentation
  • Familiarity with food safety practices including HACCP protocols
  • Relevant health and hygiene certifications
  • Currently living within 1-hour commuting distance (UK applicants)
