The Bramley Health Group is expanding and we are thrilled to announce the opening of The Willows, a newly refurbished 24-bed mental health nursing home in Dartford, set to open in early 2025.

As a nurse, you will play a key role in providing swift, effective clinical care to ensure our residents’ safety and well-being. You will lead by example, upholding the culture and core values of The Willows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and delivering personalized care plans
• Act as a primary nurse for a designated group of service users, as assigned by the home manager
• Participate in clinical meetings and report any areas of concern to the manager
• Support service users in daily activities
• Help engage and encourage service users to participate in therapeutic activities and events designed to enhance their skills and independence

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Active NMC registration and current PIN
• Experience working in mental health care settings
• A flexible approach to working hours
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
