Main Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT security frameworks and disaster recovery systems.
Monitor, test, and enhance cybersecurity measures across network and server infrastructures.
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure IT strategies align with the organisation’s overall goals.
Oversee patching processes, risk registers, and annual security accreditations.
Research, deploy, and manage innovative cybersecurity solutions while ensuring compliance with evolving standards.
Build strong partnerships with both external vendors and internal teams to deliver exceptional IT services.

Person Specification
Qualifications:
Essential:
Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
Cybersecurity certification (CISSP, CEH, SCCP).
Desirable:
IT certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNE).
PRINCE2 Management Qualification.
ITIL Certification.
Management qualification.
