Are you an NMC Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in the UK?

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our client’s team and play an essential role in providing exceptional care. If you are currently based in the UK and working in a nursing home, we offer Tier 2 sponsorship for qualified candidates considering a change of employer.

Please note that this opportunity is only available to candidates who are already in the UK, working as a Nurse in a Nursing Home, and currently hold a Health & Care Visa. Only an Undefined Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) is available.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding nursing care in line with individualized care plans.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments competently.

Maintain accurate records of vital signs and other clinical data.

Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement holistic care plans.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of residents’ health and well-being.

Ensure a safe, clean, and infection-free environment.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.

Mentor and lead junior staff, demonstrating a positive example.

What We’re Looking For:

Active NMC registration as a Nurse with a valid PIN.

Prior experience in care homes or similar settings.

Strong clinical skills with a commitment to best nursing practices.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.

Ability to work independently while being a valuable team player.

Compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.

Eligibility for Tier 2 sponsorship.
