UK DRIVING LICENCE AND ACCESS TO A CAR ARE ESSENTIAL!

We are looking for dedicated home care workers to support individuals in their own homes, particularly in the rural areas of Carmarthenshire. This role requires frequent driving, so a UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.

As an experienced care worker, you will provide high-quality care to service users in their homes. We are looking for reliable, friendly, and patient individuals to join our team.

What We Offer:

Guaranteed full-time hours (38 hours per week) with the opportunity for overtime

Weekend enhancements

Pay from your actual shift start time to the end of your shift (excluding lunch breaks)

Sponsorship opportunities with up to five-year Certificates of Sponsorship (COS) for qualified care workers

The role requires care experience and a full UK driving licence

Morning shifts starting at 07:00 and evening shifts finishing as late as 22:00

You will be required to work every other weekend

Sponsorship Opportunities: We offer five-year COS for those with relevant care experience. If you’re looking to switch visas (Tier 4 to Tier 2) or need sponsorship to work in the UK, we can assist.
