Location: Ballyclare, Antrim
Salary: Up to £20 per hour plus excellent benefits.
Day and night shifts are available.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (36-48 hours)

The role:
As a Staff Nurse, you’ll oversee care delivery, assessment, and evaluation to ensure high-quality services that align with organisational standards. Complete the Enhanced Access NI checks.
Duties:
- Provide detailed resident assessments and care plans.
- Execute care interventions and assess their effectiveness.
- Assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Nurse Manager or Senior Nurse.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a staff nurse or in a similar position.
- Valid nursing qualification.
- Flexibility in working both day and night shifts.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making capabilities.
