JOB DESCRIPTION
-Cook food in a timely manner because this is a fast-paced work.
– Manage every part of the kitchen and food preparation process
– Create new menu items and recipes.
– Maintain high-quality food production and presentation.
– Supervise and train kitchen employees, including cooks and food preparation workers.
– Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
– Monitor food safety and sanitation standards to guarantee regulatory compliance.
– Work with restaurant management to develop and execute special events and promotions.
Qualifications
– Proven experience as a Head Chef, or in a similar role.
– Excellent understanding of culinary techniques and processes.
– Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
– Capability to operate in a fast-paced atmosphere and manage numerous activities concurrently.
– Understanding of food safety guidelines and best practices.
– Capability to build and develop new menu items that satisfy client preferences and dietary constraints.
– Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with employees, management, and customers.
