Registered Nurse With Tier 2 Sponsorship

Are you a dedicated and caring NMC registered nurse looking to make a difference in the UK?

We’re looking for a dedicated nurse to join our client’s team.

If you are currently based in the UK and looking for a fresh start, we provide Tier 2 sponsorship to qualified candidates considering a change of workplace.

You must be in the UK, working as a Nurse in a Nursing Home, and on the Health & Care Visa, as only an Undefined CoS is available.

 

Impactful Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior nursing care in accordance with individualised care plans.
  • Skillfully deliver prescribed drugs and treatments.
  • Maintain precise notes of vital indicators to ensure thorough documentation.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our interdisciplinary team to develop and carry out comprehensive treatment programmes.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of the inhabitants’ well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and secure environment while adhering to infection control procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other professionals.
  • Inspire and guide junior employees by setting a good example.

 

Your qualifications:

 

  • Active NMC registration as a nurse with a valid PIN.
  • Previous experience in care homes or similar settings.
  • Clinical proficiency based on nursing best practices.
  • Effective communication fosters strong interpersonal bonds.
  • Adaptability to function both independently and as a valuable team player.
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach to providing care.
  • Eligibility for Tier 2 sponsorship.
