Responsible for overseeing the company’s relationships with its most important customers in the Central area. You will be responsible for acquiring and retaining long-term important customers by understanding their needs.
The ideal applicant will be adept at developing strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify wants and requirements in order to market our company’s products and solutions while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
The goal is to help our company endure and grow so that it can attain long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Build trusting relationships with a portfolio of key clients to prevent them from turning to competitors.
- Gain a solid awareness of the primary consumer needs and expectations.
- Expand ties with existing customers by consistently presenting solutions that fit their objectives.
- Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
- To retain trust, resolve any concerns and problems encountered by customers, as well as address complaints.
- Play an important role in establishing new sales that will evolve into long-term relationships.
- Prepare monthly progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders using key account KPIs.
