Nurse Manager

Parsons Grange (Reading)

£20.00 per day, £21.00 per night.

The Role

 

  • Providing exceptional leadership to care staff
  • Supporting people with a variety of complicated requirements and dependency levels.
  • Provide clinical nursing to residents, including medication management, infection prevention, and control measures, such as wound care and catheter management.
  • Continuously try to ensure clinical quality in the home.
  • Creating individualised care strategies to deliver excellence in everything you do.

About You

 

  • An NMC-registered nurse
  • Understands clinical assessment methods such as Waterlow and MUST.
  • Experienced in designing detailed care plans.
