JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Full-time open opportunities for Care Assistants at a pay rate of £11.50-£12.70 per hour based on experience

A driving licence is preferred but not essential.

Please keep in mind that the shifts are 12 hours long and require you to work every other weekend.

A happy, caring professional with expertise caring for dementia patients.

A keen eye and meticulous attention to detail.

Good time management abilities and the ability to meet deadlines calmly within the time frame assigned.

Ability to form relationships with residents, caretakers, and, when appropriate, friends and family.

Job Description: Care Assistant.

As a Care Assistant, you will give person-centered care and support to residents to help them keep their freedom, such as personal care, meal times, and activities, while also listening to those who need it the most.

Our clients have four key principles, and you will align with them by being accountable, respectful of all, courageous, and honest. Even if you have no previous professional care experience, you will receive all of the necessary training and growth to excel in your position, whether it be care, housekeeping, catering, or activities. You will receive on-the-job training through NVQs and QCFs.
