Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Working in the care sector is a rich and fulfilling experience. There is variety in your job and numerous roles; you do not have to be a carer to make a significant difference in our care facilities. We want the most caring and resilient people to come and help our residents; no two days will be the same, and you will receive the learning and growth you require to thrive.
As an HC-One Care Assistant, you will prioritise kindness above everything else. It is applicable to all aspects of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Every employee realises that our residents are people just like them, with their own stories to share. By becoming a member of HC-One, you will have the fantastic opportunity to contribute something back to those people.
We are now searching for an eager and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at our care facility. Whether we are providing long or short-term care, convalescence, respite, or palliative care, our priority is to always provide the greatest quality service. Do you have what it takes to play this part?
About You
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for our residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs while working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assisting residents with personal care duties such as washing, grooming, clothing, and meal preparation.
Delivering care that truly comes from the heart. It is about ensuring that our residents never lose their dignity or feeling of individuality while participating in typical care home activities. And, whether you’re teaching someone with limited mobility how to use a mobility device, providing emotional support to a confused or disturbed resident, or providing end-of-life care, you’ll always prioritise their well-being.
Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship is offered to individuals with two years of experience who currently reside in the UK. If you live outside of the UK, please do not apply; we are unable to accept your application at this time.
