Your Significant Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide superior nursing care in accordance with individualised care plans.

 

  • Administer recommended medications and treatments with care.

 

  • Maintain precise vital sign data and detailed documentation.

 

  • Work seamlessly with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care strategies.

 

  • Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of the well-being of residents.

 

  • Maintain a clean and secure environment in accordance with infection control procedures.

 

  • Communicate well with residents, their relatives, and coworkers.

 

  • Set a great example for junior personnel by inspiring and guiding them.

 

 

 

Your qualifications are as follows:

 

  • Active NMC Nurse registration with a valid PIN.

 

  • Previous experience working in nursing homes or other similar situations.

 

  • Clinical skills proficiency based on nursing best practices.

 

  • Strong interpersonal ties are fostered through effective communication.

 

  • Ability to function independently as well as as a valued team player.

 

  • Approach to care that is compassionate and patient-centered.

 

  • Tier 2 sponsorship eligibility.
