About your new Role
You will help Weightmans’ marketing efforts as an important part of our Marketing group. There are several teams in our marketing department, such as those that work on business growth, communications, CRM, events, raising awareness, and projects.
Start, run, and track successful efforts for the company that support the goals set out in the business plan.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the business plan, the person in this job is supposed to start, run, and track successful campaigns for the company across the board and by segment or sector. Working closely with the campaign executives to teach and guide them is part of this. Important tasks include:
- Create integrated marketing efforts that will help you get new customers and keep the ones you already have.
- Oversee the launch, tracking, and evaluation of marketing efforts.
- Be in charge of coordinating the marketing information that the campaigns need, such as from NBM, CDM, Digital, PR/Internal Communications, and Data.
- Give outside companies, like designers and printers, instructions and keep an eye on their work. These companies do a lot of the campaign work.
- Stick to your limit and let someone know if you go over.
- Type, fix, and check the spelling and grammar of copy for marketing campaign promotional materials.
- Make sure that the organization’s brand identity is used in all projects and ways of communicating.
- Send regular reports on the results of the programme, which should include web analysis and KPI evaluation.
- Track the return on investment (ROI) of the projects you’re in charge of on a regular basis.
- Make sure that marketing materials are correct and that the proper sign-off processes are followed.
- Gather information and use it to help you plan new efforts and evaluate old ones.
- You should be in charge of planning any shows or events.
- Know the firm’s social strategy and be able to post information on all of its social channels.
- Be in charge of the office profile plans and activities.
- Always know what’s new in the world of business.
- Offer ideas for how the team can improve how things are done.
- helps with any one-off projects that need extra help within the marketing team as a whole.

What About You?
Because the job isn’t very specific, we need you to be able to change how you do your work and take on different tasks. Besides that, we want you to have or be:
- at least four years of experience working in a business-to-business services setting, preferably in professional services.
- Experience building good relationships with internal clients, such as top partners, by giving them advice and pushing them in the right ways.
- aware of and good at business.
- Good at managing projects and time, as well as being organised and able to think critically.
- Strong IT skills and a great understanding of how to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Zoom.
- Self-confident, bold, and driven.
- Great people skills and the ability to communicate clearly (both orally and in writing).
- A good grasp of how social media works.
- Should be able to write well in plain English.
- The person in this job will be based in Liverpool, but they will also have to spend time in other Weightmans offices.
