The Role
As part of the HR Division, the Strategic People Change Specialist will lead impactful initiatives to enhance organisational performance and the employee experience. This role involves delivering both small-scale enhancements and complex strategic change programs, working closely with diverse stakeholders across the University.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose organisational issues, analyse findings, and generate actionable solutions.
- Lead change initiatives that integrate culture, capability, systems, and values to achieve strategic goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to align objectives and gain consensus.
- Develop and implement tailored change management strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives to ensure benefits are realised.
About You
We are seeking a dynamic professional with proven expertise in driving strategic people change within large, complex organisations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A degree or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Demonstrable success in delivering strategic people change projects.
- Expertise in organisational development, design, change management, and culture development.
- Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels in a complex environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in HR and change management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in higher education or similarly structured organisations.
