We are actively recruiting for Community Living Assistants to work in Motherwell, Wishaw, Bellshill, and Shotts (ML1, ML2, ML4, ML7). This full-time position offers Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates residing in the UK. You will be working directly with individuals who have complex support needs, offering them personalised care in their homes and communities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide one-to-one or two-to-one care for individuals with complex needs in their homes and the community.
  • Daily Assistance: Support clients with personal care, medication, communication, mealtime assistance, and daily living activities.
  • Community Engagement: Facilitate attendance at appointments, social events, and recreational activities.
  • Shifts: Work a mix of day shifts and back shifts, with opportunities for additional hours and sleepovers.

Essential Requirements:

  • UK Care Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the UK care sector.
  • English Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Driving Licence: A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Visa Eligibility: Must meet the Skilled Worker Visa requirements as set by the UK government.
