The Role
We are seeking a Front of House Administrator to represent Mott MacDonald at our Leeds office. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
You’ll be part of our Premises Support Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while upholding the company’s values and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and colleagues.
- Manage incoming calls, mail, and general office enquiries efficiently and securely.
- Oversee visitor management, including issuing security passes and coordinating meeting arrangements.
- Support the Office Manager with health and safety (H&S) tasks and compliance.
- Act as a first aider and emergency warden for the site.
- Report and track maintenance and cleaning issues promptly.
- Coordinate catering, meetings, and internal communications including the office newsletter.
- Provide administrative assistance across departments as required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is approachable, organised, and passionate about creating a great office experience.
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a front-of-house or administrative role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Awareness of health and safety practices within an office environment.
