About the job

We are looking for an eager and experienced cook to work in the pasta and starters division of our busy Italian restaurant in the heart of Bournemouth.

You’ll be passionate about Italian food and desire to work with high-quality products and ingredients.

You’ll be able to operate under pressure and as part of a team in a bustling open-plan kitchen. Because you are on display to our customers, both your personality and presentation are vital.

You will be able to hold yourself to high standards, work well in groups, and communicate effectively.
